**RAISING LONG TERM CAPITAL**
- Assisting in restructuring / pooling of group assets to enable fund raising
- Assisting in Structured fund raising and related activities
- To leverage on existing banking relationships

**Other responsibilities**
- Coordination with the Banks/ FIs/Investors and ensuring timely disbursements
- Coordination with various stake holders within the organization to ensure smooth process flows
- Handle and develop loan tracker with repayment schedules/interest history, group debt MIS, Guarantee list, projections, interest workings, due list, Car loans, management reporting, PPTs
- Arrange loan payments, consultant payments, loan reconciliation, balance confirmations, NOCs, internal audit requirements, annual facility review data to lenders, property site visits
- Support in execution of loan documents, coordinate with lenders/advocates/consultants/valuer/auditors etc.,
- Manage entire group insurance portfolio and maintain insurance tracker**DEBT FUND RAISING**
- Submit the Loan Proposals to Banks/FIs
- Preparing the cash flows/ Business Plan for the various projects
- Follow up with Banks and ensure required note for sanction sent to HO
- Obtaining initial term sheet from the Banks
- Finalizing and obtaining the required valuation and legal opinions of the securities/ properties
- Ensuring the required credit rating for the loans
- Maintaining and Circulation of MIS periodically on Proposals and existing debts.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- 7 of debts & bank: 2 years (preferred)
