**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Billing and Invoicing**:
- Manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- **Statement of Work (SOW) Management**:
- Review and interpret SOWs to ensure accurate invoicing and compliance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to update and maintain SOW-related documentation.
- **Excel Reporting**:
- Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and Data Validation for detailed financial reporting and analysis.
- Create and maintain billing dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with finance, operations, and client teams to resolve discrepancies in billing and invoicing.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination for contract renewals and SOW updates.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:
- Ensure all billing and invoicing processes comply with company policies and relevant laws.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all transactions and documentation.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 4-8 years in billing, invoicing, and SOW management.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a hybrid model with occasional on-site presence in Chennai.
