**Job Summary**: The Billing Executive is responsible for managing the billing process for patient services within the hospital. This role ensures accurate billing and timely collection of payments from patients and insurance companies, while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Billing Management**:

- Prepare and submit accurate patient bills for services rendered.
- Review patient accounts for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all charges are captured and billed appropriately.
- **Insurance Verification**:

- Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits prior to services.
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve billing issues.
- **Payment Processing**:

- Process incoming payments and update patient accounts accordingly.
- Follow up on unpaid claims and initiate collection procedures as necessary.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address patient inquiries regarding bills and payment options.
- Provide excellent customer service to resolve billing disputes.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate and organized billing records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
- **Reporting**:

- Generate billing reports and provide insights on accounts receivable.
- Assist in financial audits as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in medical billing or healthcare finance is a plus.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance billing processes.
- Proficient in billing software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office environment within the hospital.
- May require occasional overtime during peak billing periods.

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
