Customer Service Executive Export Company

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, including order entry, shipment tracking, and billing.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Identify opportunities to improve our customer service processes and procedures.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response times, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction ratings.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum HSC qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping people.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in customer service or sales.
- Knowledge of export processes and regulations.
- Fluency in additional languages.

Sales Executive Real Estate Business

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various marketing channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct property tours and provide clients with accurate and comprehensive information about our properties and services.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients in a professional and ethical manner.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum HSC qualification or equivalent.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Hard-working attitude and self-motivated personality.

Preferred Skills:

- Previous experience in real estate sales or related field.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
