**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies for Amazon and Flipkart to drive traffic, increase sales, and maximize ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising efforts with overall business goals.
- **Campaign Management**: Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon Advertising Console and Flipkart Ads Manager.
- Monitor daily performance, adjust bidding strategies, and optimize keywords to ensure campaign success.
- **Keyword Research and Optimization**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing search terms. Continuously optimize keyword targeting and match types to improve ad relevance and reduce ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sale).
- **Ad Creative Development**: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets. Test and iterate on ad creatives to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.
- **Budget Management**: Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure campaigns stay within budget while maximizing returns. Provide regular budget forecasts and performance reports.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights. Prepare regular performance reports, identifying key trends and opportunities for improvement.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Monitor competitors’ advertising strategies and adjust our campaigns accordingly. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Amazon and Flipkart advertising.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Years of experience in e-commerce advertising, with a proven track record in Amazon and Flipkart advertising.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Advertising Console, Flipkart Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel or Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in Amazon Advertising and Flipkart Ads are a plus.

**Minimum Budget Handling**: 4 to 5 Lakh in a Month.
