**JOB OVERVIEW**

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Development Representative to join our team and assist us in generating leads, converting them into potential clients, and setting up product demos among others. You will play a vital role in helping our company grow by identifying and engaging with potential clients and building strong relationships with them.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting our company's services or products.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
- Work closely with the Sales Development team to develop and execute strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent communication in English & Hindi, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone presence and ability to handle rejection
- Results-driven with a passion for sales and marketing
- Prior experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales is a plus

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
