**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Ensuring timely and professional responses to all complaints, requests and queries received
- Research and compilation of answers for informational requests from customers
- Proper recording and scrutiny of the complaints received
- Efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Fluent to native level in Spanish and English
- Able to communicate effectively with clarity and consistency
- Experienced in telephone customer services
- Able to up-sell and go the extra mile to retain customers
- Solutions focused and have great attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Should be proactive, soft spoken, detail oriented, tactful, calm, punctual and disciplined
- Ready to work on US timings

**About Company**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift
