As a Freelance IT Recruiter, you will play a critical role in talent acquisition process by identifying, sourcing, and engaging top IT professionals for offshore projects.
**Responsibilities**
Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract highly skilled IT professionals, including but not limited to job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Stay updated on market trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies in the IT industry.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an IT recruiter, preferably with experience in offshore recruitment.
