Job Title: Freelance Recruiter (Domestic Staffing) (Remote, Work from Home), 5 Days a Week
Location: Permanent Remote
Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week
Compensation: Commission/Profit Sharing Basis only after successful placement or joining.

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter to join our dynamic team, working remotely with the flexibility to manage your own schedule. As a key contributor to our recruitment efforts, you'll handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT Or Non IT roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a high standard of service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and post-offer follow-ups.
- Achieve delivery deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards in the recruitment process.
- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and meet deadlines.
- Bulk Hiring for Voice, Customer care, Customer support, Sales & Marketing role for both freshser and Experienced.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in IT or Non-IT recruitment (1 to 15 years).
- Must have a laptop and a stable broadband internet connection.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong experience in bulk hiring and managing multiple recruitment drives.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- High degree of professionalism and ethical standards.
