We are hiring for Customer Service Representative (UK process)
Looking for someone who can join on immediate basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Should possess excellent Voice English Communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers effectively.
- Ability to set expectations and deliver information in a positive and articulate way
- Professional and positive in interactions with others and is able to establish rapport quickly
- This role involves developing strong customer relationships and responsible to resolve queries of the customer via call within the assigned TAT/SLA

Qualifications:

- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Minimum 6 months experience into international BPO
- HSC/GRAD

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
