- Maintain shipping and receiving records.
- Assist with inventory management and reconciliation.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners regarding order status, delays, or issues.
- Prepare shipping documentation (e.g., packing lists, customs forms, bills of lading).
- Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
- Verify billing data, including quantities shipped, pricing, and applicable taxes or discounts.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and accurate billing records.
- Support monthly closing processes and generate billing reports as needed.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
