**Site Supervisor - Civil Construction**

**Location: Perumbavoor**

**Experience: 3-8 years**

**Education: Diploma / ITI / B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Site Execution & Supervision**
- Supervise construction activities such as excavation, concreting, masonry, plastering, reinforcement, shuttering, finishing works, etc.
- Ensure that the work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Maintain strict control over labour, material usage, and wastage.
- Ensure proper use of construction tools, machinery, and equipment.

**Labour & Contractor Coordination**
- Assign daily tasks to workers and subcontractors based on project requirements.
- Monitor attendance, work progress, and productivity of labourers.
- Report any absenteeism, delays, or disciplinary issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.

**Quality & Safety Compliance**
- Enforce site safety protocols and ensure use of PPE (helmets, safety shoes, harness, etc.).
- Report any hazards or unsafe practices on-site immediately.
- Perform basic quality checks before and after execution of critical works.

**Material Management**
- Check the quality and quantity of materials delivered to site.
- Coordinate with the store/purchase department for material requirements.
- Prevent material theft, misuse, or overuse at the site.

**Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain daily site activity log (Daily Progress Report - DPR).
- Assist in recording material usage and labour deployment.
- Submit daily updates to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of construction practices and sequences of work.
- Ability to read basic drawings and implement accordingly.
- Hands-on experience in managing labour and on-ground teams.
- Basic understanding of material types, tools, and equipment used on site.
- Good communication and leadership skills at ground level.
- Physically fit and able to handle on-site challenges.

**Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)**:

- Experience with residential/commercial/high-rise building projects.
- Familiarity with local labour laws and site regulations.
- Spoken fluency in Hindi/local language and basic written communication in English.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
