Hello,
We are looking to hire a smart, proactive, and highly organized **Executive Assistant** to provide direct support to Founder. His/Her role requires a combination of administrative expertise, strong communication skills, and keen attention to detail.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and organize the calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
- Prepare invoices, quotations & presentations.
- Support in daily business operations, client coordination, and project tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and team members as needed.
- Assist with personal tasks when required (optional - if applicable)
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Doc, Google Sheets, Zoom
- A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail
- Ability to think ahead and anticipate needs
