⏰ Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Executive Assistant who’s also curious about the creative process. This is a blended role—part operations, part creativity. You don’t need to arrive as an expert. We’ll train you, mentor you, and help you grow into the role.

🎯 What You’ll Do:
  • Manage day-to-day schedules, communication, and coordination for senior executives.
  • Update and maintain our lead/project tracker, follow up on tasks, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Assist with social media content planning—brainstorm ideas, draft captions, and coordinate with our design team.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, etc.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proactive approach.
  • Great written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and follow through without reminders.
  • Interest in design, branding, storytelling, and the creative studio process.
