**Job Title**: Sales and Marketing Representative

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (CTC)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Identify and engage potential customers through various sales channels (online, offline, and field) to promote GetMyCouch’s products and services.
- **Lead Management**: Handle inquiries from prospects, convert leads into sales, and follow up on potential customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Maintain a healthy relationship with customers by offering personalized solutions and post-sales services.
- **Performance Reporting**: Prepare and present reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and marketing campaign effectiveness to management.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM software.
- Basic understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital marketing platforms.
