**Job Description: Education Counselor**

**Location**: Gurugram
**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000 per month
**Qualification**: Bachelor's Degree (Any Field)
**Experience**: 1-3 years in education counseling or related field

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert guidance to students regarding their academic and career options, including course selection, universities, and colleges.
- Counsel students on career paths, educational programs, and scholarships available both locally and internationally.
- Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions to offer personalized advice.
- Develop and maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress in the counseling system.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, group workshops, and webinars to guide students through the decision-making process.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in education, admissions, scholarships, and career pathways.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with the company’s growth and student satisfaction goals.
- Follow up with students throughout their journey, providing guidance on study plans, visa processes, and post-admission procedures.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of education systems, study programs, and international education trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
