**Job Title**:Officer: IT Support**

**Experience**: 2-3 years

**Responsibilities**:

- **Support**: Respond to IT issues; hardware maintenance, software, networking, etc.
- **Reporting**: Generate reports on IT inventory and system performance.
- **Training**: Train staff on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical assistance.
- **Good to have knowledge**: Documentation preparation like, Business Requirements Document (**BRD**), Software Requirement Specification (**SRS**) Product documentation/ manuals. Knowledge of website management will be added advantage in role.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years experience in desktop support or in a related role.
- **Knowledge**: Knowledge of systems architecture, database management systems, and network and systems management systems.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong problem-solving skills; ability to work well in teams; good interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
