Job Title: Procurement Executive for Solar EPC

**Responsibilities**:

- Source, evaluate and select vendors based on project requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Negotiate pricing and terms of purchase agreements and ensure that vendors comply with the agreed terms and conditions
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure quality, on-time delivery and cost-effectiveness of products and services
- Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures, and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure procurement activities are aligned with project timelines and objectives
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and technologies that could enhance the company's procurement strategy
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or an MBA
- 3-4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management or vendor management in the Solar EPC industry
- Knowledge of solar photovoltaic (PV) products, equipment and technologies
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with procurement software
- Knowledge of local and international procurement laws and regulations is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
