**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Representative at Wealth Clinic Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to the growth of the company. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and guiding them through the property buying process.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Relationship Management**

Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate requirements.

Provide personalized guidance and support throughout the property buying process.

2. **Sales and Marketing**
- Actively promote and market our real estate offerings to potential clients.
- Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase available properties.
- Utilize various channels to generate leads and expand the client base.

3. **Negotiation and Closing**
- Negotiate property prices on behalf of clients to ensure a win-win situation.
- Facilitate the closing process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.

4. **Market Research**
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the team based on market research.

5. **Documentation**
- Assist clients in completing necessary documentation for property transactions.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met during the sales process.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
