**Job Summary**

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused **Client Relationship Coordinator** to act as the primary point of contact for our clients. The role involves building strong client relationships, managing communications, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth follow-ups to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- **Client Communication**: Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional responses to queries.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- **Lead Follow-Up**: Call and follow up on leads shared by the sales team to convert them into opportunities.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate meetings with architects, consultants, and other key decision-makers for the sales team.
- **Sample & Quotation Follow-Up**: Track product samples and quotations, ensuring timely updates and closures.
- **Client Engagement**: Send broadcast messages about new products, offers, or updates to maintain client engagement.
- **Onboarding Support**: Assist in client onboarding, ensure proper handholding, and follow up to measure satisfaction levels.
- **Record Maintenance**: Maintain accurate client records, communication logs, and follow-up status in CRM or internal systems.
- **Internal Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and resolve client issues efficiently.
- **Upselling & Cross-Selling**: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services based on client needs.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and share regular reports on client interactions, follow-ups, and conversion status with management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
