We have job opportunity as "Sales Operation -Coordinator" in our corporate company at Mumbai location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with customer, internal teams and prepare quotation, send to customer and maintain record of the same.
- Take follow up regarding submitted quotation, give us best possible discount an asked to customer for purchase order.
- Raise purchase order to our vendor and take follow up for dispatch, share dispatch details to customer.
- Send daily / weekly / monthly sales summery to concern person.
- Responds to complaints from customer and give us best service. Send company profile to client and asked for enquiry.
- Follow with the dealer and distributor.
- Take follow up regarding submitted quotation
- Book Sales Order and generate Invoice and E Way bill
- Search E tender & filled the same
- Send Product Specifications to the client.

**Requirements**:

- **3 to 5 year experience in Coordination, Sales Operations, and Sales skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Any Graduate
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
