Qualification/ Work Experience

1 - MSc (Chemistry)/BE-Chemical/B-Tech-Chemical with 3 years of experience preferably in API

2 - BSc (Chemistry) or Diploma in Chemical with 5 years in API

**Job Description**:
Ø Documenting BMRs and general documentation (cleaning activities like equipment cleaning, accessories etc.)

Ø Operations of equipment through HMI, Monitoring process parameters - flag deviations to shift IC, assist in breakdown, complete tasks for given unit operation, safety of equipment,

Ø Monitoring HVD operation across floor and data capturing every half an hour,

Ø Monitoring ANFD, Crystalliser and RCVD operations, ensuring raw material reconciliation, liasoning with cross functional teams (preventive maintenance)

Ø Handling process deviations in the batch manufacturing by CAPA methodology preparation of documents like Process protocols and Manufacturing Batch protocols etc

Ø Experience in handling green field projects with knowledge over DQ,IQ,PQ and OQ

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
