**Job Details**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Carrying out the end-to-end recruitment process by working on employee references, job portal and recruitment vendor
- Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Facilitating BSC (Balance score card) to be established across for all positions and driving monthly the same by co-ordinating with Team Managers and reporting manager
- Raising probation request of employees to Line Manager as per the policy
- Generating Training requirement across the organization and ensure everyone has to through process, product and system training
- Devising R&R program and organising events
- Working sales incentive and performance Linked Bonus
- Supporting HR head in drafting various letter on behalf of HR department and other day to day HR works
- Any other HR & Admin work as and when required by management to perform

**Requirements**:

- Financial institution experience is must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment law

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
