Listen to and evaluate recorded and/or live calls to assess the quality and effectiveness of agent interactions.
- Score calls based on pre-defined quality parameters (e.g., compliance, communication skills, problem-solving, and call resolution).
- Identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback to agents and team leads.
- Collaborate with the training team to suggest topics for coaching and development.
- Prepare and maintain audit reports and summaries for management review.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
