**About Company**:सौमित्र फर्नीचर बिलासपुर में हर तरह के और A-1 क्वालिटी के फर्नीचर के लिए जाना जाता है, जहाँ आप सोफा, बेड, टेबल और कुर्सी आदि जैसे किसी भी तरह के फर्नीचर पा सकते हैं। बहुत सारी वैरायटी और कम कीमत के साथ।

**Job Summary**

हम फर्नीचर शॉप में टेली कॉलिंग और सेल्स मैनेजर के रूप में हमारी टीम में शामिल होने के लिए छह बेहद मोटिवेटेड और डायनामिक व्यक्ति की तलाश कर रहे हैं। हमारे संगठन के एक महत्वपूर्ण सदस्य के रूप में, आप ग्राहकों की फर्नीचर की ज़रूरतों को पूरा करने, सफल लेनदेन की सुविधा प्रदान करने और असाधारण सेवा देने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएँगे।

**Responsibilities**:

- संभावित नए ग्राहकों की तलाश करना और इसे बढ़े हुए व्यवसाय में बदलना।
- संभावित ग्राहकों और ग्राहक के सर्कल के भीतर निर्णय लेने वालों की पहचान करें।
- नए ग्राहकों के साथ शोध करें और संबंध बनाएँ।
- ग्राहक की ज़रूरतों, चिंताओं और उद्देश्यों के अनुरूप प्रस्ताव विकसित करने के लिए टीम के साथ काम करें।
- ग्राहक को उत्पादों का प्रदर्शन और प्रस्तुतिकरण करना और उन्हें ऑनबोर्ड करने में मदद करना
- आपत्ति से निपटने और समझाने का कौशल।
- सटीक रिकॉर्ड और उचित फ़ॉलो-अप बनाए रखना।
- दैनिक/साप्ताहिक/मासिक लक्ष्यों की दिशा में काम करना।
- कोल्ड कॉलिंग, टेलीसेल्स, इनसाइड सेल्स, बीडीई, मार्केटिंग लीड्स के माध्यम से सक्रिय रूप से नए बिक्री अवसरों की तलाश करना।
