**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Market Research**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor sales strategies accordingly.

**Client Acquisition**:

- Actively pursue new business opportunities within the [Tractor/Auto Ancillaries/Auto Components/Construction Equipment’s/Tyre/Batteries] sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.

**Sales Targets**:

- Set and achieve sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
- Implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Regularly follow up with clients to assess their needs and address any issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the [Tractor/Auto Ancillaries/Auto Components/Construction Equipment’s/Tyre/Batteries] industry.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
