**Role summary**: The sales executive is responsible for finding personal leads, converting prospects and closing deals. The role involves actively understanding the client's requirements, showcasing the project, building strong client relationship and achieving sales targets aligned with the company's growth.

**Key responsibilities**:
1. Lead generation & prospecting - Cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits and digital channels. Attend property events, channel partner meets to source leads.

2. Sales execution - Showcasing project, inviting clients to office to meet management, fixing site visits, negotiations and deal closure.

3. Market intelligence - Stay updated on real estate trends, prices, competitor projects and market dynamics

4. Compliance & Ethics - Follow company protocols, guidelines and ethical practices at all times. Ensure transparent communication with both internal and external clients.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Must speak English and Hindi
- Must be self-motivated and target driven
- Must have a professional presentation and conduct
- Experience in similar role in the real estate industry is an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
