Educational Qualification: Post Graduate/ MBA/BE

Experience -**3 to 5 Years**

**Salary : 4 lac to 5 lac p.a**

**Experience preferably in Manufacturing Company**

**Job Description-**

1. Increase sales of the existing clients

2. Costing & Negotiation

3. Raw Material checks and coordination

4. Appointments & plan for visits to existing clients

5. Arranging samples from clients & market

6. Follow up Internally across departments / press team/ purchase team/ planning/ plant/ dispatch teams

7. Routine courtesy calls to clients

8. Sales report generation month on month for orders not received

9. Ensuring timely deliveries

10. Maintaining fruitful & long-term relationship with the assigned clients

11. Explore opportunities to cater to customers requirement for new location, area of operation, new product in line

12. Plant and implement marketing strategies for key accounts based on overall sales target

13. Attending complaints & quality related issues tactfully, providing solutions to sustain customers confidence

14. Assist in filling vendor registration forms, quality agreements and share supporting documents

15. Follow up for payments or discrepancies if any

16. Attending audits & online approvals at the plant

**Required Skills**:
1. Strong knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing / Pharmaceutical industry

3. Strong customer focus and ability to understand and achieve customer needs and close business opportunities.

4. Ability to grow and develop in an entrepreneurial, growth organization

5. Ability and motivation to plan, organize, develop, implement and achieve planned results

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
