**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain regular communication with key Domestic clients to ensure repeat orders and customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any client queries or concerns promptly.
- **Sales Order Management**:

- Prioritize and execute sales orders as per the guidance of the reporting manager.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their orders and coordinate the dispatch of samples as required.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Ensure compliance with logistics regulations.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Conduct daily and weekly reviews of actual vs. planned sales and dispatches.
- Investigate any variances and escalate issues as necessary.
- **Inventory and Logistics Coordination**:

- Maintain optimal inventory levels at customer and transporter locations.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient shipment deliveries.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate and maintain accurate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
- Submit all necessary reports to top management by the designated deadlines.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal departments, including production, quality control, and dispatch teams, to ensure smooth operations.
- Support colleagues as needed to achieve team and organizational goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
