**Job Title: Production Assistant**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Performing inspections and quality control checks at various stages of the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct visual inspections and measurements to verify product specifications and tolerances.
- Document and report any deviations from quality standards, including non-conforming materials or processes.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of quality control activities and results.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing process enhancements to optimize product quality and efficiency.
- Work closely with Production Supervisor and other team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. - Participate in training sessions to enhance understanding of quality control procedures and techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles is preferred.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
