**Salary**: 40,000 - 70,000 INR per month

Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a Public Relations Assistant (Female) to join our team in Faridabad, Sector 86.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with timely and accurate information about our products and services.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of client projects and resolutions of any issues that may arise.

Arrange and attend meetings with clients PAN India, presenting our company's offerings and negotiating contracts and agreements.

Assist the Managing Director in various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

Provide support to the sales and marketing teams by participating in promotional activities, events, and campaigns as required.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration, assistantship, or reception, preferably in a corporate environment.

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to travel PAN India for client meetings and assist the MD in various tasks as required.

Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
