Lead and motivate the store team to meet sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee daily operations, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Conduct staff training and manage schedules.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.
- Monitor on the inventory and stock
- Regular interval of stock reconciliations & Reporting
- Ensure the brand value and keep it increasing amongst the stake holders and customers

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
