**About Us**
Red Rhino - The Brewpub is a buzzing destination known for its craft beers, great food, and vibrant hospitality. We’re looking for passionate and energetic Captains to join our service team and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Supervise and guide service staff (Stewards/Servers) during operations.
- Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality.
- Handle guest queries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism.
- Assist in daily opening/closing duties and table setups.
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, and service team.
- Train and motivate junior staff to deliver consistent service.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a Captain/Team Leader role in F&B (brewpubs, restaurants, hotels preferred).
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food & beverage service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
