**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Advisement**: Provide personalized guidance and information to prospective students and their families about our institution, programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options.

**Admission Interviews**: Conduct admission interviews, both in-person and virtually, to assess students' suitability for our programs and to answer their questions.

**Events and Outreach**: Represent the institution at recruitment events, college fairs, and information sessions. Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to plan and execute recruitment initiatives.

**Admission Policies**: Stay informed about institutional admission policies, program offerings, and any changes to ensure accurate information dissemination.

**Reporting**: Prepare reports on admission activities, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in [relevant field].
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a genuine passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
- Knowledge of educational programs, admission processes, and financial aid.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM and database management software is a plus.
- Prior experience in admission counseling or a related field is preferred.
