- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
- **Product Knowledge**:Stay updated with the latest information on pharmaceutical products and industry trends.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
