Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and healthcare professionals.
- Create new parties and expand the business.
- Convert inquiries into sales and ensure repeat business.
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products and services.
- Provide accurate product information and address customer queries.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and sales records.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
