**Brief**
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Executive to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers across multiple communication channels.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints to achieve the highest satisfaction levels.
- Liaise with courier partners to track and expedite delayed deliveries, keeping customers informed about their order status.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions for process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall customer support.
**Requirements**:
- Strong customer orientation and commitment to addressing customer needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities with an empathetic approach.
- Professionalism and composure under pressure.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Familiarity with customer service software or tools and Excel is a plus.
