**Educational Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Management or a similar qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology would be an advantage.

**Skills Required**:

- **Excellent Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- **LinkedIn Proficiency**: Familiarity with LinkedIn for networking, outreach, and lead generation purposes.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Business Development Focus**: A keen interest and enthusiasm to learn and grow in the field of Business Development.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Research and identify potential clients in the **EdTech, Universities, Training Institutes, Corporate L&D**, and **Assessment Provider**s segments.
- Expand outreach to Government and Private educational institutions to increase adoption of our proctoring product.
- Maintain and update lead databases using tools like **Google Sheets**, **CRM**, or **Excel**.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule product demos and introductory calls.
- Understand the basics of the ProctorLink platform and pitch its benefits clearly in initial outreach.
- Track outreach metrics and report weekly progress
