**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain recruitment strategies to attract top talent for roles within the overseas education industry.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Track recruitment metrics to ensure timely hiring and report progress to leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to refine recruitment strategies.
