This role is responsible for delivering personalized styling advice and exceptional customer service at our Seawoods and Goregaon stores.As a Stylist Customer Service Representative, you will engage with customers to understand their fashion needs, offer tailored styling suggestions, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will also handle inquiries, complaints, and post-purchase issues while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and the brand's collections is essential.**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
- Build strong customer relationships and foster loyalty.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and brand offerings.
- Assist in daily store operations.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3 years of customer service experience.
- Strong communication and fashion knowledge.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (required)
