**Job description**

The person will be required to assess new requirements for Trade finance facilities within company and its domestic and overseas group companies, make thorough analysis of the Trade finance solutions and its accounting treatment and compliance to regulatory requirements, negotiate the terms and conditions in the agreement with banks and financial institutions. The person should know the various Trade finance products, rules, guidelines laid down by RBI and other regulatory bodies and should have reasonable verbal and written communication skills

To seamlessly manage the job once the current incumbent proceeds on leave

**Skills**
- Putting up new and maintaining on-going Trade finance structures in TSL and Group Companies.
- Awareness on various external developments across the globe and in financial markets, that can have a potential impact on company's business.
- Interact with multiple business teams across company and Group companies for assessing Trade finance related requirements
- Interact with banks and financial institutions to seek inputs on possible financial options
- Work alongside business teams like Marketing and Sales, Exports, Marketing Finance, Financial Reporting Centre, Procurement team, F&A, Legal etc to execute domestic and international Trade finance agreements.
- Collection of relevant information from the multiple business teams as and when required
- Negotiation and Engagement with bank
- Execution of the Trade finance agreements.
- Preparation of relevant MIS for internal review and corrective action

**Other details**

Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)/ CFA

**Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in Finance function.
- Should have reasonable understanding of Trade finance arrangements and proposals.
- Should have experience in International Trade Finance.

**Period of Engagement**: 9 months

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
