Senior Test Engineer Position Overview

This position is responsible for testing trade finance systems, ensuring the smooth execution and functionality of modules such as Letters of Credit (LC), Documentary Collections, Import, Export, Bank Guarantees.

Job Description:
  • Test trade finance systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • Ensure successful test case execution maintaining the organizations quality standards.
  • Maintain work allocation and reporting structure.
  • Maintain document repository of all test results and project level changes.
  • Maintain workplace discipline and adhere to organization standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Test Cases/ Scenarios as per requirements.
  • Execute the test plan.
  • Record defects in Defect Management Tool.
  • Update Project Progress.
  • Retesting of defects fixed.
  • Daily reporting to Onsite / Offshore Test Manager.
  • Provide status updates on daily, weekly, monthly basis to test manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Candidate should have knowledge on SDLC, Islamic trade finance, Trade finance Management, STLC.
  • Good to have knowledge on IGTB product.
