**Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive**

**Location**: Tambaram
**Salary**: ₹16,000 per month
**Experience**: 1+ years preferred
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop visually appealing and engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and other digital channels.
- **Graphic Design**: Use tools like Photoshop and Canva to design creative graphics, infographics, and promotional materials.
- **Video Editing**: Perform basic video editing for social media, YouTube, and marketing campaigns.
- **Creative Ideation**: Brainstorm and execute creative ideas for campaigns, posts, and content strategies.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding and guidelines.
- **Content Calendar Management**: Plan and schedule content across platforms to maintain a consistent posting frequency.
- **Analytics**: Monitor engagement metrics and provide suggestions to improve content performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, and basic video editing software.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- 2+ years of experience in content creation or a related field (preferred).
