**About the Company**:
We are a growing Life Sciences CRO providing specialized research and development support to pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Our services span across bioanalytical, formulation, and pre-clinical domains, with a commitment to scientific excellence and client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns tailored to pharma and biotech clientele
- Manage company’s presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and relevant scientific forums
- Create and manage Google Ads and social media ads
- Prepare monthly analytics reports using Google Analytics and other tools
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop relevant content (blogs, case studies, videos)
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to optimize strategy
- Assist in organizing webinars, digital events, and online campaigns for client engagement
- Ensure brand consistency across digital channels
- Coordinate with external vendors/agencies as required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (life sciences/CRO/pharma experience preferred)
- Good understanding of B2B marketing in the pharma/biotech industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, etc.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

**Additional Requirements**:

- **Punctuality is mandatory** - on-time reporting is strictly enforced
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
