**Job Description**:
As our AI-Driven Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that incorporate cutting-edge AI tools to enhance brand recognition, particularly within the employer and C-level communities. Your responsibilities will include:
AI-Infused Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that leverage AI tools to optimize targeting, personalization, and customer engagement.
- Stay current with AI trends and technologies to continuously innovate marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate and implement new AI-powered marketing tools and technologies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.- Employer and C-Level Brand Building:
- Craft and execute brand-building initiatives aimed at enhancing our reputation among employers and C-level executives.
- Develop strategies to elevate personal brands of key organizational leaders.
- Leverage AI-driven insights to identify and target key influencers in the employer and C-level communities.- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other members of the marketing department, including designers, content creators, and digital marketers, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Provide training and mentorship to other team members on the use of AI tools and technologies for marketing purposes.- Organizational Marketing Leadership:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans that align with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are integrated into all aspects of our business.
- Represent the marketing department at key industry events and conferences.- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data analytics and AI-driven insights to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement AI-powered marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and identify trends.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in marketing, including creating and executing successful marketing strategies, preferably in the IT/ITES industry.
- Proven proficiency in leveraging AI tools and technologies for marketing purposes, including data analytics, personalization, and automation.
- Track record of successfully building employer and C-level personal brands, enhancing brand recognition within these segments.
- Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
- Comfortable using data analytics to measure and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages.
