Marketing Generalist

As a Marketing Generalist at FlytBase, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to create and implement data-driven marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate the value of our drone autonomy software platform.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Demand generation**: Identify and execute strategies to to drive awareness and demand
**Content Marketing**: Develop and manage a content marketing strategy that includes blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and other resources to educate and engage our target audience.
**Social Media**: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, and others to connect with potential customers and industry influencers.
**Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant KPIs to make data-driven decisions and optimize strategies.
**Competitive Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.

**Compensation**:
