About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Generalist to join our team in Pune. If you enjoy bringing marketing ideas to life — from offline events to paid digital campaigns — this role is for you You’ll work closely with the brand and growth teams to execute both on-ground and digital campaigns , ensuring impactful, seamless, and measurable outcomes. What You’ll Do Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives — exhibitions, events, partnerships, and retail activations. Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for smooth execution. Support paid marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) — manage creatives, performance tracking, and reporting. Assist in data building, lead generation, and audience segmentation. Manage on-ground collaterals, sampling, and visual merchandising. Track and report KPIs across offline and online initiatives. Collaborate with brand, design, and growth teams to ensure campaign alignment. Bring fresh, creative ideas for engagement and storytelling. What We’re Looking For 12-18 months of experience in marketing, offline/experiential marketing, or campaign management. Excellent organizational and coordination skills. Basic understanding of digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads preferred). Strong in Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting. Great communication skills and a bias for action.
