We also build Enterprise Training Solutions that help them digitally transform their L&D processes. VAMRR is expanding its talent pool and is in the midst of new recruitments across a spectrum of skills and function areas._

We at VAMRR Technologies are looking for a Sales & Growth Hacker with a work experience of 0-2 years to work with us in expanding the sales of our services and offerings, to work with us in the growth of the company. We are looking for extremely talented, ambitious, intelligent and hard working individuals who want to work passionately and dedicatedly to grow the company’s business and thereby progress in their careers as well.

**Responsibilities Associated with this Role**:

- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Contacting potential and existing customers(following up)
- Communicating and engaging with CXO’s/VP’s/Directors/Managers
- Setting up Meetings with Clients
- Pitching and presenting VAMRR services to them
- Preparing pitches and presentations
- Setting sales goals and meeting them through effective planning and execution.
- Participating in conferences, exhibitions, and industry meet-ups for business development.
- Meeting weekly and monthly sales targets

**Skills & Soft Skills needed for this role**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tactics.

- Staying abreast with the latest technological developments.

**Probation**:

- 3 months

**CTC**:

- 1.8 LPA(During Probation) ; 2.4 LPA(Post Probation)

**Work Timings**:Monday-Friday, 10am to 8pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
