- **Ingredient Management**: Measure and prepare ingredients as per recipes and instructions, maintaining freshness and proper storage of perishables.
- **Station Maintenance**: Set up and maintain your assigned station, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with chefs and other kitchen staff to support smooth kitchen operations and timely delivery of dishes.
- **Learning and Development**: Stay eager to learn and grow, actively participating in training sessions and gaining knowledge of LUPA's European cuisine offerings.
- **Inventory Support**: Assist in stock-taking and report shortages to ensure the station is well-stocked at all times.
- **Equipment Handling**: Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely, reporting any malfunctions or damage promptly.
- **Flexibility**: Adapt to different tasks or additional duties as required by the team, while upholding LUPA’s values of innovation and sustainability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
