Reports to - Manager - Admissions

Support Students throughout the admission process by answering their quires and helping them to complete the required documents.

Maintain regular communication with the Students, Parents, Collogues and

External agencies for coordinating admission activities and resolving problems.

The primary job responsibility is to counsel Students/Parents on College, Courses, features, advice then on scholarship and admission processes

Participate in decision making process for student admission based on college policies and guidelines.

Build broad knowledge on college admission activities and guidelines.

Maintain the target matrix by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeeded in achieving the performance goals.

Prepare and present applicant reports to the Admission Head.

Collaborate with the college PUC UG and PG program coordinator to organize campus tours and information secession and related activities.

Perform College administrative activities if needed.

Admission -Counseling

Functional Skills required to be successful in the role:

- Good Communication Skills both verbal & written.
- Languages Primary - English & Kannada, Secondary - Hindi.
- Effective time management and persuasive skills.
- Experience and knowledge of MS Excel from intermediate to advanced levels.

**_Minimum 12th pass/UG/Graduates (Preferably Graduates)_**

**_1 - 2 Years in Tele Sales/Customer Support_**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
